have a sector by sector function to recover scratched disc content

When a disc is unreadable, there are often times that the data can be mostly recovered with little loss (only a few frames) if a sector function is used. I have used this multiple times with other programs and saved a bunch of discs and movies. Right now the only option I see is to clone, but it clones to ISO, so I don't have any ability to adjust individual files.
