better messages for dealing with troublesome discs.

This product is GREAT when it works (99% of the time). I would like the product to give better feedback when it can't figure out the copy protection on the DVD inserted. For example, sometimes the purple status box (reading drive D: . . .) just stays forever and ever. Or sometimes, the user needs to turn on PathPlayer to help the program take a second pass on the DVD. I don't mind trying to help the program on a troublesome disc, but I would like more informative messages to help guide me. Currently, the program will LOOK like it is doing a proper copy, but then the actual files copied are messed up.
