Avoid the region question on start of processing.

I'm not clear on why the program couldn't just determine the region for itself, but if there is some technical issue that prevents that, add a setup feature that lets the user either say "I use DVDs from multiple regions, ask me" or "I always use DVDs for region X" and enter the region information once and be done with it.
