set compression ratio or snip out tenths of every second to reduce the file size.

Like television, cutting out portions or deleting slow parts of the movie or play 9/10 of the movie to fit the time allotted.

Video Converter feature needs lots of improvement. Cant convert videos to VOB, VOB pass through is not even an option in the main menu. If I want to convert 10 MTS files to a DVD, I have to choose generic, add vidoes, change each one to vob pass thro

Cant convert videos to VOB, VOB pass through is not even an option in the main menu. If I want to convert 10 MTS files to a DVD, I have to choose generic, add vidoes, change each one to vob pass through in the mobile options window. Very Painful.

PLEASE default [or provide a way to change default] to DVD-5 as recording quality, instead of DVD-9

say, 1st class product..what else can be said..

I found DVDFab to be excellent. Easy to use & does everything it is claimed to do. The only thing was the VIdeo Converter I found to be so slow it was really not a practical proposition to use.

be able to choose different compression ratios for the menus and special features on a DVD so the film does not have to be as compressed and not loose so much quality, also be able to choose how much extra compression is applied to each section

transfer the dvd copy to a flash drive or usb drive
